ABOUT DELYT
We built the inbox
we always wanted.
Delyt exists because the tools built to manage customer messages were designed for large enterprises. We wanted something that just worked — for teams of five just as much as for teams of five hundred.
THE PROBLEM
Every growing business hits
the same wall.
When a business starts to grow, something predictable happens. Messages start arriving from everywhere at once — email, WhatsApp, Instagram, live chat. Each in a different app. Each from a customer expecting a reply within the hour.
The tools built to fix this were either too simple to keep up with volume, or too complex to set up without an IT team. Enterprise helpdesks with month-long implementations and per-seat pricing designed for 50-person support departments. Workflow builders that need a developer to change a single routing rule.
Meanwhile, the team in the middle — the five-person startup handling 200 messages a day, the 30-person company fielding DMs across three channels — had nothing built for them. We thought that was wrong.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
"Every business deserves the quality of customer experience that the best-run companies in the world deliver. AI makes that possible today — at any size, without the enterprise budget or the implementation project."
Delyt is built around a single idea: resolve it completely, not just reply to it. The AI reads your tools, checks the facts, runs the playbook, and closes the case — grounded entirely in your own content. The humans on your team only see what genuinely needs them. Nothing gets missed. Nobody burns out.
HOW WE BUILD
A few things we believe deeply.
Default to simple.
Complexity is a design failure. Every feature we ship has to work for someone with zero onboarding. If it needs a manual, we redesigned it.
Grounded, always.
The AI only acts on things it can verify. It checks your tools before it responds, never invents answers, and never approximates. When it doesn't know, it says so and escalates. That trust is the foundation everything else is built on.
Ship early, learn fast.
Real customers are better than any roadmap. We build in public, ship often, and change course when the evidence tells us to. Opinions are cheap. Usage data isn't.
Transparent by default.
Pricing, limitations, the roadmap — all visible. No hidden costs. No "contact sales for pricing." No surprises on month two of your contract.
