What we look for.
Titles and years of experience matter less to us than these four things.
You move before you're certain.
Waiting for perfect information is expensive. We make decisions with what we have, ship, and correct course. Comfort with ambiguity isn't a nice-to-have — it's the job.
You write clearly.
Almost everything important at Delyt is written — decisions, feedback, proposals. If you can think it, you can write it. Clear writing is clear thinking.
You're driven by outcomes, not output.
We care about what shipped and whether it worked — not how long it took or how polished the Notion doc was. Shipping something real beats planning something perfect.
You make the team around you better.
We're small, so everyone's work affects everyone else's. The best people here raise the quality of decisions around them — not just their own output.
