A major capability update. Delyt can now execute multi-step automated workflows triggered by business intent, call your tools directly via MCP, and surface intelligent case guidance inside every conversation.

Playbooks — define a step-by-step workflow once (trigger, decisions, tool calls, messages) and Delyt runs it automatically on every matching conversation. Billing Inquiry, Lead Qualification, Order Status, and more — live out of the box.
Business Intents — train Delyt on your specific customer signals (return requests, bulk enquiries, churn risk) and attach a playbook to each. Intent Automap clusters AI-detected phrases and suggests new intents from your real conversation data.
MCP Integrations — connect any MCP-compatible tool directly. Native connections for n8n (workflow automation), Airtable (database), and Custom MCP servers. Shopify and Stripe provider-specific integrations in preview.
AI Case Advisor — every open case now shows an AI-generated summary: intent detected, playbook progress, risk score, and recommended next action. Accept with one tap.
Reply Assistance — the reply editor now surfaces an AI draft grounded in your knowledge base for every case. Tone adjustments (warmer, shorter, more formal) apply in one click.
AI Features admin panel — toggle AI Case Advisor, Case Summarisation, Intent Automap, Playbook AI Assist, and Reply Assistance per workspace with a daily token budget.
Copilot (Optimus) upgraded — can now query intent breakdowns, run playbooks on demand, pull usage reports, and summarise case activity in natural language.
