Is there a per-seat charge?

No. Every plan is flat pricing, not per seat. You pay one price for the plan, and each plan includes a set number of users (1 on the Influencer plans and on Solo, 5 on Starter, 15 on Growth, unlimited on Enterprise). Need more users than your plan includes? Move up a tier, and you're never billed an extra fee for the next person who logs in.

Can I use my own API keys?

Yes. Connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google API key and run unlimited AI at your own cost, on every plan, at zero markup from us. Bring-your-own-key works alongside or instead of Delyt-managed credits. Most technical teams use their own key for full cost control and transparency. The one exception is Lumen voice, which runs on Delyt-managed AI credits only. Lumen chat, and every other channel, works with your own key just the same.

Credits power Delyt-managed AI for teams that don't want to manage their own API keys. Credits are consumed as your AI agents work; larger, more capable models use more per request. The current rate for each model is shown in the app before you pick it, so you always pay only for what you use, with no contracts. You can top up any time, or switch to your own key for free at any point.

What happens after the trial?

You pick a plan and your workspace continues exactly where you left off. Features adjust to the tier you choose; non-AI features keep working and no data is lost. The trial runs for 14 days with trial AI credits included (2,000 on Solo, 3,000 on Starter, 5,000 on Growth) so you can see real value immediately.

What is Lumen (Delyt Chat)?

Lumen is our flagship next-generation widget: voice and chat in one. Drop it into your marketing site, dev docs, or app, and customers can speak or type to an AI agent that resolves issues using your knowledge base and tools, not a deflection bot. It's the successor to traditional live chat: voice and chat in a single embeddable widget, one script tag, one knowledge base. Lumen is included on every plan. Lumen chat works with your own AI key or Delyt credits; Lumen voice runs on Delyt AI credits only (not available on bring-your-own-key).

What channels does Solo include?

Solo includes Email, Live Chat, Lumen (Delyt Chat), Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp: six channels, enough for a solo founder running support and social from one place. WhatsApp is included from Solo, not gated behind a higher tier. Upgrade to Starter to add Threads, or to Growth for X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Slack, Telegram, and YouTube.

Are credit packs refundable?

No. AI credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. They never expire, so unused credits roll forward, but we can't refund a pack after it's bought. If you're unsure how many credits you need, start with the smallest pack or use your own API key, which has no upfront cost.

What's the difference between Influencer Basic and Influencer Pro?

Basic at $9/mo runs the automation: the full publishing suite across five networks, Instagram automation (comment-to-DM, keyword triggers, story replies, auto public replies), the MCP server so you can drive it from Claude, and an inbox where every reply becomes a case. It has no AI layer. Pro at $15/mo adds the AI: agents that answer in your brand voice with sales and support intents, your own knowledge base for them to answer from, and the other channels (email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook) in the same queue. Both are unlimited on automations, contacts, and DMs.

Is the $9 plan a cut-down version of Delyt?

No, and this is the part worth understanding. There is no lite edition and no separate creator app. Every plan runs the same platform against the same data model, in the same inbox. Your plan is a set of permissions over it, so a creator on $9 is using the same product an ops team uses on $299, with fewer modules switched on. Upgrading flips a permission: nothing migrates, nothing is rebuilt, and no conversation is lost.

Can I move from an Influencer plan to a team plan later?

Yes, and it is the easiest upgrade we offer because nothing moves. Your automations keep running, your cases stay where they are, your history is intact, and the modules the higher plan includes simply switch on. You can go the other way too. Changes are prorated against your current billing period either way.

What's the annual discount?
